Hello, I just looked at a degree audit and I see a dropped class showing as still enrolled. It is now our registration week and this will create many problems for us. I cannot attach a PDF to show it, but you can look at Yun Hee Mun as an example. NT Greek enrolled Sem 1, 2018–2019, but appears as dropped in the class list.
Status:
Resolved
In addition, some repeated classes are appearing on electives, but they are required classes. I am thoroughly confused by the output now. The degree audits are unusable.

The developers added some additional functionality to Degree Audits to specifically address course satisfaction for students that are taking or have taken two degrees at the same level. The first install of this update introduced an unanticipated bug in the satisfaction rules (which you clearly saw). The update Kindra mentioned happened today and I believe it should resolve all of the issues. If you could email me directly and let me know when you are available I would like to have a meeting to show you the new functionality in degree audits (class lock to only one audit) and how to use it and to get further feedback on if the updates today will satisfy all of your schools needs. It would be good to have Dorys on the meeting as well.

Sorry for the inconvenience. This issue was previously reported and fixed here:
https://gnecsishelp.nazarene.org/en/forum/audits-showing-dropped-classes...
But it was scheduled for the release later this week. I have done an early release of this version for you, and it should now be working. We will do another update for you as previously scheduled on Thursday of this week. So, please let us know if you still see any issues.
