I was wondering whether somethin can be done to make System Messages more visible and ensure no one misses it or ignores it.
Like have some Formatting provisions and someone can select where on the page the message should appear......just thinking.

I have made it so that you can now have options of adding formatting on the body of the message (since there is no character limit and thus flexibility for extra html characters). The title will not have the toolbar option for formatting (there is a character limit and thus this is limited), but you can add some very basic html in to it to make it change color, etc if you can fit it in to the 254 character limit.
Until this update gets installed, you can add html into these fields to change color, etc.
