Hi, Kindra!
There is this instance today that a professor has submitted a grade for a student, but the check box for Instructor Has Submitted did not work. When I clicked Enter/Update Final Grades I could see that a grade was posted by the instructor. More so, even if I didn’t do anything it is showing that there is a grade entered under column for “official grade”. Why do you think this happened? I have attached 2 screen shots via email instead for privacy.
