Dear Kindra,
Hi! We had these prospective students in the DMin program that were APNTS alumni. And we had already started an admission track checklist on, but it was not the complete one for the DMin applicant. So we made them each a new record through "Generate a later prospect record" and the new checklist with the complete DMin. requirements appeared and we were able to update it. But now we have 2 records for the students showing up in Admissions. Will this be a problem later?

If there is more than one current prospect record (for this admission time), then you need to delete one.
If you used the “generate a later prospect record” it will make a new prospect record for the same person that is already out there. If you are unsure, go to person and see if there are multiple person records for the same name. If there are, use the merge feature on person and it will combine them.
