Hi, Kindra! Trust you are well!
Got a question for you. A student's transcript during her Second Sem. 2018-19 shows that she earned 15 units, however her cumulative didn’t calculate correctly. Why is that? Please see the attached screen shot. I sent it to you via email instead to protect the student’s privacy. Hope that's okay.
