Transcript Not Showing Courses

Hello,

Our student 210002531 has two masters degree (MDiv and MST). I labeled all her enrollment towards the degree she is pursuing on classes,transfers/waivers. But her MST does not show all courses taken under it when I print her transcript from Majors/Minors/Audits. What could be wrong? The MDiv transcript prints good.

This, like the other transcript task appears to have been completed with training and an update to transfer classes being assigned to a specific degree track.
