This morning, the system worked fine until around 8:45 am (EAT). Thereafter, it has been down. Tried Test server and same case.
What could be ailing us?
Please give us pointers so we know what to do in such cases since outr time zones are different and we really need to be able to resolve most of these cases to avoid loosing staff work hours.
