I had a student who attempted to enroll in 12 credit hours but received an overload message that said she needed approval and to submit a blank schedule with a note. I had two questions on this.

First, is there a way to give permission so that a student could enroll in more than the allotted hours?

Second, shouldn't I be able to see the note listed under proposed schedule? I was never able to see the note that she left me. It was not in the email I was sent with the proposed schedule nor under proposed schedule notes.
