Hi! Is there a way for the class year (1st, 2nd, 3rd) to be automatically updated by the cumulative number of credits earned? Otherwise we are calculating and updating manually every term.
The issue will be transferred credits given via other schools? But at least it would save some work.

Under Academics > Administration, go to Student Classification Analysis. You can choose to Filter By and choose a given classification level. It will then show the person’s degree track and number of credits. This is sortable. You can then go through and click the check mark next to the ones that should advance, and then select the new classification level.
Since every school has their own rules and caveates, this is the best way we have found to change people in bulk.
