Is it possible to get a report that is accessable to Finaical Aid that has the students SSN and date of birth. I would like to use this for students graduating to see if they have received student loans in their schooling to see if I need to send them exit counseling.

Hello,
I created a query that uses the Anticipated Graduation Name. It has the SSN and the DOB. I also included the total federal loans so you could see who received loans.
The attached screen shot gives you the name of the query object and the query. You will just need to update the Anticipated Graduation Name to have it work for other graduation dates.
