Proposed students are not appearing in the class Roster for Summer 2018

Hello, Global-IT Friends!
I have a question with our Proposed Class Rosters for the Summer 2018.  Supposedly, those who have been advised by the Academic Dean should appear as proposed students at the bottom part of the Roster but there are nothing in there.  For instance, some have been pre-registered in the Wesley's Theology class, but no names are appearing in the Roster.  The same thing with Pastoral Care and Counselling.  There are no proposed students in the Roster.  Please help.
