We have a problem entering a name as a Prospect. Even if Tan Tan Thew a Myanmar national has no record from People and Prospect, the message below appeared when I started a new record for him. Please see the attached screen shot. Thank you for your help.

Hello,
I believe the issue you are experiencing may be related to imported data that is still sitting in the background. In this case go ahead and Press OK and continue to update the student with as much information as you have. I tested it and it appears the prospect is created ok despite the message.
In testing I created the prospect that you show in the screenshot. When you go into your Admissions section and search for his name you will find the prospect. You can go ahead and proceed to fill in all of the information for this prospect.
