I may have missed this somewhere, but it is possible to print a master class schedule for a given term? This would help us avoid inputting the schedule twice, once in GNECsis and once in the Word document that the AD sends around via email.

Yes. In Academics > Reports, run the Class List by Term report. This will give you the master class list for the term.
No easy way to do two lines, but the format of the last column is really up to you. It is just a text field in Academics > Administration > Standard Classroom Schedules.
