Other Instructors' Classes


As administrator I have access to others' classes and advisees. When I look on Instructor > Classes at my own classes it defaults to the current academic term, but if I change the Instructor name to anyone else it defaults to the most recently completed term. (I tried to upload an example but PDF is not accepted).

Is this happening as intended? If so, what is the function of the pick list?

The access to other

The access to other instructors is given by term.  So the list of terms available is the terms to which you have access.  It then attempts to default it to the current term, if you have access to that.

If it is you accessing your own, it shows all terms and defaults to the current term.

Try looking at the access list and make sure all terms are marked for each instructor.
