I ran an aging report today after the install and I am still have results of students with credits on their accounts when I am only running the report for balances.
I have made the requested changes, and they will be included in the next release. In the mean time, they have been installed to mytest.nts.edu. Please thoroughly try everything out on this site, and let me know if there are additional changes. This will allow us to fix any additional issues without having to wait for another future release.

As requested I have worked in the test site to see if any additional changes need to be made. I ran the exact same date range for both the General Ledger aging analysis and the student accounts billing aging report and there is a discrepancy between the 2. 2021-Spring and the 2020 fall I would think they both would be the same.

When I run the one under billing with no parameters (no dates and no status), I get the same result as the one under General Ledger with no dates filled in. Are you running the billing one with a status? If so, this may be the difference

When I run for just inactive, I get these numbers. These are the differences. So, yes this is the difference. The General Ledger one does not filter by status, so to get the same numbers you need to not include the status.
