Hello, a few months ago we were working on Instructor Approval requests. The programmers turned off the generation of new instructor approval, which was great. However, old ones were still showing, which now in the new registration season creates a problem. For example, I have one student who made many changes to her schedule but none of them reflect because there are instructor approval requests still pending and my instructors did not know how to clear them. (See screenshot.) We finally found out where to go for instructors to approve these requests (it was not clearly marked), but is there a way to clear them on the back end? Alternatively, if access to advisees is granted to someone, will that person be able to see pending approval requests like this and possibly help clean them up?
