Dear Kindra,
Hi! We have an issue with one student that has 2 records.
The name should be Phyu Pyae Mar (all under family name) with student # 210002386.
However, there is also a record with the name written as Mar, Phyu Pye (with Mar as the family name) with student # 210002399.
We have tried to delete the incorrect name (Mar, 210002399). However, the incorrect name is only found in Admissions and in Academics under People. It is not found in Academics under Students. Under People it says the student has an active role and so can’t be deleted.
But we are not able to change this as we can’t pull up the record under students. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Best thing to do is just to do a merge on these two. If both are students, you will need to do a student merge first and then a person merge. If only one is a student, you can just do a person merge.
