I was looking the "Merge Accounts" feature but could not find it. It only has "Merge Documents."
Thanks for your help.
Due to complexities with some prospects possibly already being attached to a student record, the main way to Merge Duplicates is through System Administration > Administration > Data > Find Duplicates.
