I am doing some editing on degree tracks and I noticed that adding a reusable degree track adds it to the bottom of the major. However, while editing a reusable degree track, new subjects get put in at the top. Is there a way to make this behavior consistent? It would be better if both operations put new material at the bottom.

Every time I have tried it, it always seems to add it at the bottom. Start at the top and work your way down. If you see an example of one that doesn’t do that, let me know the process you did to get there.
You could also make each of those groups its own reusable group if that was easier.
