Hello,

I will call you and walk you through it and then will work on making a video to go through the process as well.  

In general:

• If you awarded and disbursed through Financial Aid module, then you would revise or reverse awards and disbursements through Financial Aid.
• Changes to awards is done in the award details screen.
• Revise - Change an amount up or down of an award. It will create the proper debit or credit for the difference on student accounts.
• Reverse - This will do a full return of the disbursement and create the proper student account transaction.
• Depending on the aid source, loans or outside scholarships or grants may need additional processing steps with the outside agency.
