GNECsis Help Account required for new Academic Admin

Good Afternoon All. We have a new member of staff at Luther King (Academic Administrator) who will be taking over my role in the next few weeks.

Would it be possible for the new staff member to have a GNECsisHelp log in?

He has been added to GNECsis as a staff member so has access to the system, but not these insightful help forums.
