Hi, Kindra! Below is a message from Jill and I quote, "I went through the steps Mitch gave for merging records.
But K Shin was the example he gave & he could not merge them because of an error.
When I tried to merge K Shin, I received a message that they could not be merged due to "health records". [Note: Please see screen shot via email--Judy].
In admissions, the merge option is not there. So I believe (from Kindra’s note answering “Two records in Admissions” on 7/19/18.) I will have to go delete the duplicates (which I know the D.Min. students have duplicates before we figured out how to change to the correct requirements list).
I tried merging under people (I merged Ahaley, Shirish). It did merge the records there. But it is still showing 2 records in Admissions. I am afraid to try to delete the extra one, if they are now linked/merged. I don't want to accidentally delete everything.
Do we want to inquire again about merging in Admissions? Or is it okay to try deleting the duplicate entry that is listed "inquiry" in Admissions?

It is fine that their are two admissions records because they were likely admitted two times for two different degrees. If you wish to delete one you can, but dont know that it is needed
