On Student 660014904 I have an issue with the federal loan disbursement and I am not sure how to fix it. Below is the issue. The award was for $4500.00 for the spring but only half of it actually disbursed. It is most likely operator error but I do not know for sure. any suggestions on how to fix it. COD has it in 2 separate disbursements on the same day.

This is probably best handled with us working together on it. Its important that the Award disbursements set up and disbursed in GNECsis match exactly with COD and Edexpress.
