entering refund dates and percentages.

I have the drop dates and the percentage of refunds figured for fall 19. Can I please get directions on how to update them.

System Update

The updated functionality to have refunds happen through rules will be up later today Friday, June 14th.  If you can email me the percentage values and dates I will add it for you.
