Enrolled Student w/ Classes Report

This is just a query - I have used this report numerous times but cannot understand why some students have an 'N' in a column marked 'Display in Directory'. Could you advise?

I do not see anything that would indicate to me why.  Its possible the field was set through import but this is just speculation.  I have notified the developers so they can investigate this further.

Without knowing specifics of individuals, I cant tell you why some of a value of N. A few suggestions:

  • Verify your default settings in host.
  • From the search page, you can do update selected and set all to have default settings.
  • If Name is not set to show, nothing will show.
  • If it is just the occassional one, double check the change log for those individuals to see who may have changed it.
