Today I was notified that there has been a lot of students calling the admissions department because they have received an email that appears to be spam. It was actually a email I sent to all the students that are enrolled for fall concerning their bill. I ws forwarded a copy of the email and is say FROM<NTS@nts.edu. Is there a way to show that emails send through student accounts can have student accounts email on it. NOTE: when I am writing the email it says from choward@nts.edu then it changes after it has been sent.
This is an issue you should talk to your IT director about. The current configuration was done in cooperation with them.
