I sent a note to a student last week using Email Through Server. He says he never received it, and I cannot find it under Contact History when I access his record from my Advisees page. Thanks for the help.

I am noticing that some email services have been flagging emails due to the from address is different from the email server. It possible that the email is getting flagged and going to spam or junk. (This is just my speculation and waiting on more details) Have the student search for your email address specifically in Junk Mail and spam. The emails are going out from what I can tell from your server. The contact history not recording is a different issue.

I just verified and it is recording contact history records, but it was putting them in so the advisor could see them. I have rectified this, and you should be able to see contact history records for any emails you send to your advisees in the future.
