Hi,
After I entered "W" for the students, I was told that they should be dropped instead of withdrawn. So i went into their class portal to change their grades. However, the withdrawn students do not show up in the grades page so i could not remove their grades.
I went into their individual account to change but it only accepts letter grade, and I want it blank.
Could someone please point me to where I can remove the "W" grades?

Hi Dorys,
I believe you can drop the student from the class. Go and search for the student in Academics. Then click on Edit and open to the Schedule tab. Above the class you want to drop the student, click Update. Then you will have to select the class you want to drop the student from and click on "Drop Selected Classes". Save after doing it.
