I noticed a problem with one student, Daniel Estrellado. Although he was already dropped in Pastoral Life but it would still show on the Report. What do you think is the reason? Please advise.

Dropped class is still appearing on the Enrollment Report
Does the link to instructor portal not show at all? If not, I don’t know the specifics without looking, but I would definitely check to make sure that the employee, instructor, and user records are all active. If they are inactive, it wouldn’t show.
In order for this student to be the academic dean’s assistant, it is not necessary for them to be an instructor, just an employee. The academic dean can assign access to any employee.
If you did want to make him an actual instructor, the employee type would need to be changed from student, as student workers can not be instructors.
