Degree Concentration would not display correctly on the Transcript

Hi, Kindra!
I have this dilemma with one of our graduates. Her degree concentration would not display correctly on her transcript. Please see my screen shot of her record via email. Please let me know of the problem.

As I mentioned in the email, this is not a system problem.

As I mentioned in the email, this is not a system problem.  THis is a data problem.  Please review your degree track.
