On CHED Form 9 the graduating students' courses should be grouped through the following category; Basic, Major, Cognate, Thesis, and Others. Just a note that CHED uses the term, "Cognate", while APNTS calls it Foundational Core. By saying this, we are wondering if it is possible for the credit grouping to be formatted into five (5) columns and therefore appear on the CHED Form 9 report?
