Here’s another dilemma of mine. I have been searching for Dorys Arbes in "Users" so I can give her access as Staff in GNECSIS, but her name would not appear. Please see the attached screen shot. But, I could find her under People, though. Thank you so very much for your help.

Hi, Kindra and Dana!
I need to assign a username for an Adjunct Faculty but I could not find her name under “User”, but she does appear in “People” though. Please see screen shots below. Please help.

Hello,
I believe the only thing needed is a portal user name to be added in her HR profile. Once she has a portal user name she should show up in the users section.
Please let me know if adding a portal user name does not have her show up in the users.
