Cost of Attendance

Hi,

I have a question about Cost of Attendance.  I set up a COA for a student this morning and even though we do not award Pell I think there may be something incorrect about how the Pell cost of attendance is calculated.  The Cost of Attendance for Spring and summer is $19,522 but the Pell COA is $24,036.00.

Please advise
