Hi,
We have students that paid their Tuition cost for Spring 2025 in 2024 and I have to mark that on the 1098T's but I do not see in update the record anywhere to check that box. Can someone provide guidance on how to make that correction. I would hope that it can be done automatically when I generate them. I have included what I see when I choose update.
Please advise.

There was an issue with the Student Portal 1098T would export without setting a flag. This effected 26 students. The issue has been fixed and the developers are working on a plan on when they can put the correction up on your production server. I sent you Cindy the student id's that are impacted. Through Student accounts 1098T print you are able to print a copy for these students as the issue only effects the Student Portal 1098T download.

Hello,
The student portal is now working correctly for 1098T's. They will see the checkbox in the box 7 if they have paid tuition for the following year in the current tax year.
