Como abro un curso de un periodo pasado. ?

Necesito ingresar un acta del 2016, y me dice que no se puede porque esta cerrado, pero no se comoo abrirlo, si me pudieran ayudar se lo agradecería.

Necesitas ir a Academicas > Administracion > Periodos de la Universidad y escoger 'Programacion de clases' si quieres entrar un clase o 'Inscripcion por registrador' si quieres inscribir estudiantes en un clase.

escala de calificacion

Hola, he podido abrir lo del periodo, pero al momento que ingreso la nota del estudiante y doy click en el boton de acuerdo, me dice que no se encontró escala de calificación . 

No se que debo hacer en este caso.

Necesitas ver si la nota que estas ingresando esta en la escala de calificaciones (en Academica > Administracion).

No logro hacerlo me sigue

No logro hacerlo me sigue tirando el mismo error, revise la escala de calificaciones  y dice que solo números no letras, lo hice así y me sigue tirando el mismo error. 

Por otra parte yo el día viernes intente hacer esto y me salia el error, hoy reviso al estudiante con el que estuve intentando y me sale la nota registrada, que según yo nunca se registro, por el error que me daba.

Campus ID of the student.

Class they took.

Term that they took the class.

Grade they received.

Solution to Grade scale error on entering a grade

A Class is tied to a course.  A course is tied to a School/College. A school/college is tied to a grading system.  

If a school/college does not have a grading system tied to it under Academics > Administration > Colleges. Then the class will not have a related grading system.

 

Solution:

If you receive an error when entering a grade that states "there is no grade scale associated with this class", then go to Academics > Administration > Colleges and make sure a grade scale is associated.

If you receive an error when entering a grade that states something like "this is not a valid grade" then go to Academics > Administration > Grade Scales and make sure the grade scale tied to the related school/college has the value or range associated with the value you entered.

Grade scale could not be found, "no rating scale was found"

Hello,

I replied directly with the solution but wanted to get the answer posted here to help anyone else with a similar situation. 

If you receive a Grade Scale error the following should provide troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

1. Check that the Colleges each have a grade scale attached. Academics > Administration > Colleges

2. Check that the grade you entered is a valid option. Go to: Academics > Administration > Grade Scale

3.  Check that the system has the default degree track assigned. (This is for students without a Degree assigned) System Administration > Host > Details > Grade Scale

4. Check that the Degree Major Track is assigned to a College. Academics > Administration > Degree Major Tracks

These steps should help find and resolve a majority of the grade scale errors.
