Dear Global-IT Friends,
Hi! Please help me resolve a problem. As you know we had pre-registration in March for the Summer 2018, First Sem. 2018-19, and Second Sem. 2018-19. That means, those who pre-registered or have been advised by the Academic Dean are currently on the "Process Proposed Schedules". This week is our Summer's final registration. However, when I clicked one of the students on the "process proposed registrations", she was not only officially registered for the Summer, but also for the First & Second Semester of 2018-19. It should not happen yet for first & second semester.. Thus, could you possibly set it up separately, in a way that only Summer 2018 would be confirmed on the registration of the students, while the two other semesters will remain in the Proposed Schedule until the final registration comes in August for First Sem. and in January for Second Semester? Hope this makes sense. Thank you very much for helping with my dilemma.

I will add this to the list of possible enhancements for the future. In the short term, two options:
Hi, Kindra! Thank you for your quick response. These points are helpful. However, I already opened the first & second semesters for faculty scheduling. Thus, those who have been pre-advised not only for this Summer, but also for I & II semesters, their pre-registered courses would change as officially registered once I clicked “Generate Schedules for Selected Students”. Is there any other way to stop first & second semester’s schedules to be generated? Because, I only need Summer 2018 for now.

I looked at this page again, and decided to reorganize it. You can now select a student and generate a schedule for just a given term, in addition to processing multiple in bulk like before.
