The system is flagging classes with even 15 minutes break as overlapping, in such cases students are not able to pre-enrol.
Could the system only flag classes that are taking place the same time as overlapping but allow those with even a 5 minutes break to be pre-enrolled?
We have massive queues at the Registrar's desk due to this.

The syste does not allow a student to register for a class if they are already registered for a class and their start/end time overlaps. So, if they have a class from 2-4pm, they cant register for one from 3:45-5, because they would be forced to be late or leave early from a class. This is on purpose. The registrar can manually add these in, but we dont want students to be able to register themselves.
