I was trying today to search for a receipt for a paper check that I manually entered through cashier but when I search on that date 06/22/2023 the only receipt that comes up is a online payment receipt. Can you tell me why this is?

When I do a search in Transaction SEarch for the date 6/22/2023 I only get an online payment done by a student and a scholarship you did through financial aid. I dont see any such transaction. If you have more details on the issue, please let us know.

This is frustrating for me. On Thursday I searched over and over and over again for the scholarship transaction and the only transaction that would show up was the online payment. Now I can see it. I do not know what could have caused it.
