Application date is in two places: the section above the list of requirements (with lead date & inquiry date) & in the list of requirements. This is double entry. Do we need it in both places?

Application Date in Two Places
Neither of them is required. It is done this way because different people use different things. If you use the list of requirements and you put the application as one of your requirements, you can use that one. If not, you can use the other one. Or, you may choose to use the above application date as the date you sent them the application. The system is flexible to be used how you wish to use it.
