Can't Access Records system - Error

We cannot access the records database system - We have checked with our IT department, and the server is running correctly.

When trying to access we are given a 502 Proxy Error. The same applies for the IT technician who tried to access the same site address.

I went on to the server and rebooted tomcat and it is working now.
