When I send a mass email to students a copy of that correspondence does not show up in their history. Federal regulations require that have documentation that I given the required notification of certain information, such as consumer information and ASR.

The body of the email is added in to the note field on all emails sent from GNECsis.

Hi Kendra,
I can not see the mass email notifications that I sent to the students in late September for our annual notification of the Annual Safety and Security report as well as the consumer information notification. They were both sent in the same email.

Use the bulk update tool to manually add a contact history for this date. I have tested it and it does seem to be working, so am not sure what happened in this case, and it is too far back to have any log files or record of any errors. The next time you send one out, closely monitor things, and let us know if it happens again.

We found the issue yesterday, and it was actually an issue with manually creating contact activity in Student Accounts > History, would detach all other contact history from that student. It is now resolved, and an email was sent with the contact history that are not attached to a person/student any longer. Sorry for the inconvenience.
