Hello,
I believe the issue is that the grades were entered and then the option was used "Save as Draft". I went in and looked and the grades are there for the instructor. Please have them go in to enter and verify the Final Grades, and then when completely satisfied, press Submit Grades. If they get an error ask them to screen shot it. (See below screen shot for what I think happened)
