I am not sure if this is the proper forum for this question, so apologies if it isn't. I have been trying to help my Academic Dean get access to advisee records from all program directors for a long time. The "Administration" pod in Instructor Portal, referenced on the relevant help file, is now not there for anybody. The dean needs to be able to advise students in GNECsis without being assigned as their primary advisor. This is necessary for example, in our current situation, two of our programs are lacking directors. Our current process for new students involves making the dean the adviser for everybody, then switching them all to their relevant program director by the second semester, which is double the work.
I believe there is already a solution but want to provide you and future people a clean instructions on this process. I have emailed you directly with a question. I will post here the complete solution to help benefit everyone. If it turns out there is not a perfect solution I will also add a feature request to have it added.

This information has been moved to the Profile section on the Instructor Portal. You should be able to see there who has access to your classes/advisees.
Also, I have added a new section the staff portal under Academics > Instructors that will allow the registrar to handle this from their side, which should help for those that don't have department/division leaders that are able to maintain this. It is now installed at APNTS and will be installed at other sites in the next release.
