Is there a way to set up differnt finanical aid items per year. Right now there is only one and it needs to be set for fulltime fall/spring. It would be so much better if we could set up halftime and a seperate DMIN budgets so I would not have to manually change COA budgets that did not fit into the fulltime critiria.

Hello,
There is the ability to set up Cost of Attendance Items for each of the groupings other than 9 credits. This could help reduce the amount of change you would need to make if students consistantly take 3 credit, 6 credit, 9 credit, 12 credit semesters. This would allow you to then just tweek if a student takes 6 credits in the Fall and 3 in the Spring you can use the 6 credit COA template and adjust the Spring to cost of 3 credits.
