Good afternoon,
The institutions agreed to have a unique username on top of the campus ID.
As such students who joined in September this year do not use their CampusIDs for identification as Student Numbers but rather a number that looks more like the HistoricalIDs that we imported from CAMS (E.g. 24S01ALLB036) We created this in the UserName field.
I am just concerned about the implications of this on Examination reports (Grade sheets, Grade Analysis and Transcripts)
Is there a way you can help up so that the system would capture this 'UserName' in place of CampusID but only for students who have joined in 2024 September onwards for Exam reports?
What can you advise?

What is the reason you can not set the Portal User Name to be exactly what you want for all students. Then only use Portal User Name for all reports and Exam Grids etc?
