When assigning rooms to students, is it possible to make the already assigned rooms to disappear from the list so that there are no double allocations?
There is no quick way to make this happen, since currently when you are selecting the room, you do not yet know what term it is for. You enter the term after. I will leave it on the list as a future enhancement to consider a redesign of this area.

I just reorganized the pages so that from student in student life or academics the sroom selection is on the same page as the setting of the dates, so that it will now only show those rooms that are available.
I also added in some error checking from administration > buildings and rooms so that if you try to assign a person to a room with overlapping dates it will error.
This will be included in the next release.
