Hi,
I have been looking at the billing analysis and I have a question about some of our students where it says that they had no charges at all. All of these students either had loans or scholarships that paid their entire bill. If these amounts are excluded from the analysis the amount for the semester is understated. Dana I have put a excel spreadsheet in our folder that is named 10 28 21 Billin analysis question. I have made notes on most of the students that had 0 charges. Can you please let me know if something is wrong with the report or am I missing something.

I did not find your report. I too have questions on how it is calculating the balance. I will see if I can get a answer and then we can work on what you want it to do.

It was considered a payment if there was a receipt, else it was considered in charges. I have changed this to go off of the type on the transaction code instead. This will be included in the next release
