I have added this to the task list to have the Billing Entry Year added to the advanced search options and the student account query objects.  Currently your best option is to run the advanced search for all active students and then sort by the Entry Year. This will allow you to see all students tied to a entry year. You can also click the Export to Excel button which will also export all of the data to be able to tie the information to other reports etc.

I looked and the value is already in your query objects and I can set up a report for you.  The value for the Billing Entry Year is different then that and makes it a bit hard to find. The Entry Term is stored in CurrentDegreeEntryCollegeYear.Year.

Also I did create a recurring contact list called Active Students without a Entry Term but its not working exactly right for some reason.

Entry YEar has been added to the student accounts search page, and will be included in the next release.
