Good morning! Thanks for your help so far with Degree Audits - we're enjoying them so far! We're working on setting them all up, so you'll probably get a few questions from me on them.
First couple:
(1) Where does the "Min Credits Req" value come from? I've poked around Major, Major Degree Track, and a few other spots, and I can't find where that would sit. I assume it's meant to state how many credits are required for graduation? Which would be useful!
(2) Is there a reason the Advisor for the Major Degree Track isn't showing? I've checked this student, for example, and they definitely have one assigned!
Thanks - I'm sure I'll add a few more as I work through the process.
Minimum Credits Required - This is set on the degree. Go to Academics > Administration > Degree, click on the degree and open the Credits Data Range by Year. (Note: on your site it is a little confusing because the bottom hesa section is actually missing its header. Just click on "Credits Data Range by Year"). ALso renaming this to Minimum Credits by Year in next release.
Advisor - Without knowing the name of the Student, I cant look for sure, but you should verify in Academics > Student > Academics in Majors, Minors, and Audits that the Advisor displays there for that degree track. If it does not, this is your issue. If it does, please email the student info to gnecsishelp@nazarene.org and we will look in to it.

Min Req. Credits: Hmm, interesting - that's what I'd assumed, but I put a value in and nothing has appeared on the Degree Audit for this student. You'll see from the screenshot what I did for the Degree, the Major Degree Track (which the student is on, if I click the 'students' list, and the Student Major Degree Track Audit. Should I report as a bug?

I think the minimum credits was done correctly on your system so it looks like the degree audit may have a issue. I will do a little more investigating. Unless Kindra disagrees I think your post here is sufficient. I have opened a task for this issue.

I did find a small issue with the code, and it will be included in the next release. That is where it is pulled from. It is up and working on your test box if you want to try it.
