CHED Form 9

Dear Dana,

Advent greetings!

We have this challenge to not being able to generate the CHED Form 9 for one of our 2020 graduates. She is Cing Sian Thawn. Her graduation date is December 12, 2020. Could you please check for us why it’s not generating?  Please help. Thank you.

No Graduation Date

This person does not have a graduation date set up, so wouldnt show up.  If you add a graduation date to her record, she should show up.
